ICCI did an excellent job at our project with the High Velocity Flushing and Dehydrating of the Lube Oil System. The system was known to be unusually contaminated with debris and water, and ICCI got the oil in system beyond the cleanliness spec in 7 shifts. The timeline in which it was cleaned was due to excellent planning and design of the flush, the right equipment being selected for the job, and executing the plan as-is the first time. Coming up with a thorough plan and design and then executing that plan is how we like to do business and ICCI meets and exceeds that expectation.

For many years, our company periodically discarded our turbine and compressor lubrication oils. ICCI introduced us to their oil reconditioning program and we have been able to save a lot of money by letting them flush our oil on and off site and return it to us clean. It has also been good to re-use the lubricants for our EPA records for less consumption of hydrocarbons. They even pick it up and drop it back off at our facility like clockwork.

We approached ICCI to rent some of their steam blow equipment for a turnaround at our facility. They had everything we were looking for including blow pipe, target inserters, targets, fittings, water injection, temporary non-flammable pipe supports and silencers. When we had some questions about the cleaning conditions we got help from their engineering department and brought out people to shoot the targets when needed. All in all a first class operation.
