ICCI Services
Unique injection methods ensure fast cleaning and superior results
• Efficiently remove construction debris, loose rust, liquids, and other contaminants from process piping.
• Every air blow procedure is specifically engineered for the individual system being cleaned.
• From super dry to fully saturated air blows, ICCI's proprietary injection methods can accelerate a project's cleaning.
• Unsurpassed results.
Remove contaminants from equipment before initial operation
• Proprietary blend of citric acid, inhibitor, pH adjustment chemistry, surfactants, and passivation agents.
• Cost-effective and efficient method to remove rust, mill scale, waxes, varnishes, and oils.
• Perfect for boilers, heat exchangers, and pipe hydrotested with raw water.
• ICCI experts and specialized equipment deliver high quality chemical cleaning.
Advanced steam blow services
• Silencing technologies protect workers, neighboring communities, and businesses from high-decibel noise.
• Perform steam blow operations at any time of day or night.
• Fast response times. ICCI has everything needed for a successful job.
• Your steam blowing project starts on time, with highly effective execution.
Completely remove debris from pipe quickly
• Aerated water which creates a compressible "pig" of turbulent water and air is injected into a system at velocities of more than 50 ft/s.
• All non-adhered debris, regardless of size, is removed quickly and safely from complex systems.
• Can clean pipe diameters ranging from 3/4" to 24".
• Water-hammer effects caused by ordinary flushing methods are minimized or eliminated.
• Flushing effectiveness is not degraded by changes in diameter, distance, or direction.
• This service is ideal for effectively cleaning complex, lengthy process pipework of any size.
Effectively dry lines exposed to water
• Uses dry, oil-free air to remove free water and moisture from systems.
• Low profile adaptors enable efficient rig-up to the system minimizing piping disassembly.
• Prevents corrosion and contamination from water.
• Air is safer that drying with nitrogen.
• Reduces the impact on adjacent work sites.
• Quickly achieves dryness with a dew point of -40°F.
• An optional dryer can achieve dew points of up to -70°F.
Real Accelerated Pigging Including Drying (RAPID)
• Ideal for cleaning oil systems on turbines, compressors, and other rotating equipment.
• Proven against other methods to substantially reduce flushing time and cost while dramatically improving results.
• Cleans the oil system by combining ICCI's Nautilus Hydro Pig® and Nautilus Ultra DrySM services, which routinely cleans and dries systems to a -40°F dew point or more.
• Uses essentially the same equipment for all stages. Very little equipment needs to be changed between services.
• Specially built temporary hoses and all stainless connectors help reduce particulate contamination and ensures turbulent flow across all system components.
Extend oil life, protect critical components, reduce maintenance costs
• Efficiently and economically remove water, gas, and particulate contamination from lube, hydraulic, and transformer fluids.
• Removes 100% of free water and gases. Removes 90% or more of dissolved water, air, and gases from oil systems.
• Returns oil to near-peak condition so that it functions per manufacturer's specifications.
• Built in automatic drains and controlled startup/shutdown routines ensures a trouble-free 24/7 uninterrupted operation.
• Service options include: onsite, third-party verification of particulate contamination and fluid analysis as well as mobile filter skids to eliminate particulate contamination.
High-pressure Nautilus Hydrolazing technology
• Far superior to conventional, high-pressure, Nautilus Hydrolazing cleaning methods.
• Proprietary, non-erosive Nautilus Hydrolazing geometries, and rotating hose feed systems.
• Especially effective for long-distance runs from a single entry point.
• Routinely navigate ten or more 90° bends, eliminate multiple piping cuts.
• Combine with steam blows to reduce schedule time, technical support needs, and overall cleaning costs.
• Proven performance over many projects.
Identify cleaning requirements and confirm cleaning results
• Determine with certainty if your system needs cleaning.
• Accurately identify and fine-tune the most effective cleaning methodology.
• Confirm with confidence that the system was cleaned to your requirements.
• Navigate though up to 600 feet of pipe.
• Clear and sharp, digital images of the internal pipework systems captured by ICCI's cameras can be included in handover documentation.
• Powerful magnets enable effective inspection of vertical surfaces.
• State-of-the-art crawler systems with variable camera and lighting control systems to reach all parts of process pipework.
Planning optimized for specific projects
• Develop and test flow scenarios, designed within, and reference project models.
• Temporary equipment and planning based on needs of the project.
• Reduce the cost of making adjustments during hot commissioning.
• Identify choke points and recommend modifications for an optimized flow model.
• Proven custom procedures precisely fit each facility, requirements, and schedule.
• Identify "minimal schedule requirement" methods of achieving cleanliness specifications.
• Save time, money, and headaches.
